DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR (full-time, exempt)
To generate fundraising income through campaigns targeting foundations, corporations, civic groups and individual donors within the community. Provide writing support for foundation and corporate grant requests and acknowledgment of donor gifts. Works with CEO and Board to plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress against goals.
· Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
· Hours per week: 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, between 9:00am to 6:00pm)

FINANCE DIRECTOR (full-time, exempt)
Reports to Chief Executive Officer. Manages all financial functions including: accounting, payroll, financial operations, personnel, property management, employee benefits, insurance coverage, legal requirements and donor financial records. Works with CEO and Board Finance Cluster to plan and execute financial management strategies and monitor progress against goals.
· Pay Range: $42,000 - $52,000 per year
· Hours per week: 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, between 9:00am to 6:00pm)

| YOUTH DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (part-time, non-exempt)
Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates activities provided in within a specific program areas, such as Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
· Pay Range: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
· Hours per week: 15 - 25 hours per week (Monday through Friday, between 1:30pm to 6:30pm) |
